Terms of Service

1. Services

Best Handyman Services LLC provides handyman and home repair services in the Fort Collins, Colorado area. All work is performed by licensed and insured professionals. Services are subject to availability and scheduling.

2. Estimates & Pricing

We provide free estimates for all work. Estimates are based on the information provided and a visual assessment. Final pricing may vary if the actual scope of work differs from the estimate. Any changes to pricing will be communicated and approved by you before work proceeds.

3. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. For projects exceeding $500, a 50% deposit may be required before work begins. We accept cash, check, credit/debit cards, Venmo, and Zelle.

4. Workmanship Guarantee

We provide a 90-day workmanship guarantee on all completed work. If an issue arises with our work within 90 days of completion, we will return to correct it at no additional charge. This guarantee covers our labor and workmanship, not materials or pre-existing conditions.

5. Scheduling & Cancellations

We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. We will make every effort to arrive within your scheduled time window and will communicate any delays promptly.

6. Liability

Best Handyman Services LLC carries general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services performed. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, hidden damage, or issues caused by prior work performed by others.

7. Property Access

By scheduling services, you authorize our team to access the relevant areas of your property. Please ensure clear access to the work area and secure pets during service visits. We will take reasonable care to protect your property and belongings.

8. Permits & Codes

Some work may require permits or must comply with local building codes. If a permit is needed, we will advise you before proceeding. Permit fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the homeowner unless otherwise agreed.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through direct communication. If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved through mediation in Larimer County, Colorado, before any legal action is pursued.
